Jakarta, December 30, 2024 — This year, the Pertamina team, Jakarta Pertamina Enduro (JPE), is ready to succeed in the women’s team category of Proliga, the most prestigious volleyball competition in the country. The focus is on enhancing game quality and achieving better results than in the previous season.
This season, JPE is reinforced by 17 players, including 15 local and two foreign players. The local players hail from clubs such as TNI AL, Bravo Jakarta, and Bank Jatim. Among the prominent names leading the team are:
JPE has also added two foreign players: Erica Staunton from the United States and Elena Samoilenko from Russia. Before joining JPE, Erica played for the Creamline Cool Smashers (Philippines) in the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) Invitational Conference, earning the Best Outside Hitter title. Elena brings extensive experience, having played for various clubs in several countries.
This season, JPE also brought in Turkish coach Bülent Karslıoğlu, known for his experience with Azerbaijan’s national team and professional clubs in Europe and Turkey, such as SK Tirana (Albania), Partizani (Albania), Joker Świecie (Poland), and PTT Spor (Turkiye). With disciplined training methods, Karslıoğlu is expected to bring a fresh perspective to the team, especially in building mental strength and improving techniques and patterns, positively impacting the continuous development of young players.
Chef de Mission of JPE, Werry Prayogi, is optimistic about the team’s chances in Proliga 2025. “Pertamina teams always draw attention each season. Our strength, especially in the women’s team, is often acknowledged by competitors. This year, we bring a new spirit to make history,” he stated.
The team, based at GOR Simprug, Kebayoran, South Jakarta, has been undergoing intensive preparations since late November 2024. Disciplined training, well-planned strategies, and full commitment from all players form the foundation for the upcoming season.
Head coach Bülent Karslıoğlu emphasized the importance of synergy among players. “We are building strong communication, refining coordination in attack and defense strategies, and always ready to adapt to game situations. Regular evaluations are key to our continuous improvement,” he explained.
Team captain Tisya Amallya Putri added, “This year is pivotal for Jakarta Pertamina Enduro to prove ourselves. We believe we can elevate our game to the next level and are committed to giving our best, not just for the team but also for our fans and the entire Pertamina family.”
As the team’s main supporter, Pertamina provides full support to ensure JPE achieves its targets of reaching the Final Four and advancing to the Grand Final.

History and Achievements of Jakarta Pertamina Enduro in Proliga
Pertamina’s women’s volleyball team has a long history in the Proliga competition. The team first appeared in Proliga in 2013 before becoming Jakarta Pertamina Fastron in 2023 and Jakarta Pertamina Enduro in 2024. The team has achieved numerous successes, including winning the championship titles in 2014 and 2018 and securing runner-up positions in 2016, 2017, 2019, and 2023.
