One of the strategic steps taken is the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Pertamina and the Ministry of ATR/BPN. The MoU was signed by the Minister of ATR/BPN, Nusron Wahid, and the President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero), Simon Aloysius Mantiri, at Grha Pertamina, Jakarta, on Monday, December 23, 2024.
The collaboration scope includes land rights registration, land acquisition for operational needs, asset management issues, and improved KKPR (Space Utilization Activity Compatibility) services for national energy projects.
The Minister of ATR/Head of BPN, Nusron Wahid, expressed his appreciation for the collaboration between ATR/BPN and Pertamina. “We continuously strive to provide faster and more efficient land services, including the KKPR process. It is a tangible support for national strategic projects, including Pertamina’s energy infrastructure,” Minister Nusron explained in his remarks.
During the event, land certificates for the Boyolali-Pengapon pipeline route were also handed over. The pipeline route is part of vital energy distribution infrastructure, particularly for Central Java.
Vice President of Corporate Communication of Pertamina, Fadjar Djoko Santoso, conveyed the company’s appreciation for the support from the Ministry of ATR/BPN in managing Pertamina’s land assets as part of strengthening national energy infrastructure. “This certification strengthens the pipeline route management as a vital infrastructure that ensures smooth energy distribution. It aligns with Pertamina’s vision to meet the community's energy needs and support national development,” he stated.
Pertamina has established a strong synergy with the Ministry of ATR/BPN to ensure proper land governance. The certified land assets for the Boyolali-Pengapon pipeline provide legal certainty for strategic assets supporting fuel distribution in Central Java.
