Pertamina Restructuring the Board of Commissioners

As of 22th September 2023, PT Pertamina (Persero) has restructured the Board of Commissioners. The Minister of State-Owned Enterprises, held a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) and appointed Bambang Suswantono as Commissioner of PT Pertamina (Persero).
This decision is documented in the Copy of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Decree as the General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Pertamina (Persero) with reference number SK-263/MBU/09/2023, regarding the dismissal and appointment of the Board of Commissioners of PT Pertamina (Persero). The decision also confirms the honorable dismissal of Rida Mulyana from his position as Commissioner of Pertamina, which he held since September 19, 2022, due to his appointment as the Secretary General, Ministry of Energy & Mineral Resources. Before the appointment, Bambang Suswantono served as the Lieutenant General of the Indonesian Marine Corps.

- President Commissioner : Basuki Tjahaja Purnama
- Vice President Commissioner : Rosan P. Roeslani
- Commissioner : Heru Pambudi
- Commissioner : Letjen TNI (Mar) (Purn) Bambang Suswantono,S.H., M.H., M.Tr. (Han)
- Independent Commissioner : Alexander Lay
- Independent Commissioner : Ahmad Fikri Assegaf
- Independent Commissioner : Iggi H. Achsien
